A deposit is required to secure our video services and is a non-refundable fee. The deposit amount is specified in the service agreement and is due upon signing the contract to confirm the booking.

3. Refund Conditions

3.1. Cancellation by Client

3.1.1. Notice Period: If the client wishes to cancel the services, they must provide written notice to the Company. The notice period and refund eligibility are outlined as follows:

More than 60 days before the event: Clients are eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, less an administrative fee of [amount or percentage].
30 to 60 days before the event: Clients are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be provided.
3.1.2. Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposit paid is non-refundable in the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled service date.

3.2. Cancellation by Company

3.2.1. Company Cancellation: In the rare event that the Company must cancel the services, the full deposit will be refunded to the client. The Company will notify the client in writing as soon as possible and will make every effort to assist in finding an alternative service provider.
4. Rescheduling

4.1. Rescheduling Requests: If the client wishes to reschedule the service, they must provide written notice. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. The deposit will be transferred to the new date, and no additional deposit will be required unless there are additional costs incurred.

4.2. Rescheduling Fees: A rescheduling fee may apply if the new date incurs additional costs or if rescheduling occurs less than 30 days before the original service date.

5. Refund Process

5.1. Request for Refund: All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Company’s contact address provided in the service agreement.

5.2. Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [number] business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
